Missed posting over the weekend but back in here today :D

Meals for today
1. Green smoothie- 4 c kale, 1 small banana, 1 c almond milk
2. Salad- Romaine, peas, BBQ baked tempeh, sweet potato, balsamic vinegar
3. Shakeology Protein bar
4. Tempeh tacos & black beans
5. Protein shake with kale & pineapple

Today should be leg day but having some serious IT issues , super tight and twingy pain when I get up from my chair. So may just do some rolling and stretching and see how its feeling first.
