Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

Everything is still awesome....just working away 16 hours a day or so each day. Gave 5 talks in 4 days recently and today drove 400 miles or so...was in my car 7-8 hours and in meetings for hours and was gone for exactly 12 hours during my trip

Back now and super tired!

Gotta rest up and sell some t-shirts tomorrow.

The Vegan House of Kindness is disbanding so we're all moving out.....I've got to pay for multiple rooms at the moment which makes rent a little more challenging but I've been doing that for a number of months so no big deal.

We're just all going our separate ways and I'm not sure where I'm going. I'm in a beautiful relationship so I'll likely stay in Portland...my plan was LA and VEGA has given me the go-ahead to live anywhere I want from Asia to Europe to anywhere because my ONLINE sales are so high they don't need me to look after Oregon stores anymore.

Went to a wedding with Julia over the weekend. It was great!








Dinner tomorrow at Vita Cafe.....anyone interested in coming? We have a group that goes every Wed night at 7:30PM...just let me know so we know how many to reserve...we've has as many as 9 or 10 so far...usually about 6 of us. Good times....forum members and other friends....Mishe and my sister Tanya are the organizers.

Everything is still awesome....at the airport now about to fly out to Las Vegas to work at the Olympia for Bodybuilding.com. There are a few SWOL people clearly going to the same event Our crowd kinda stands out, especially those on the juice.

I'll meet up with at least one other Vegan Bodybuilding guy there and if anyone else plans on being there...get in touch!

I'm on my 3rd week back to training and already visibly more fit and more muscular than I was just a few weeks ago. Back on some supplements and trying to eat more. Still an effort for me to stomach a lot of fun but I'm working on it.

Having a great time hanging out with Julia and all is well.

Will try to upload some new pics soon but Facebook crashes every time I try to upload pics.....so I'm using photobucket at the moment.
