Yesterday I joined Oz Fitness, used to be a 24 hour fitness.
I was able to get in on a friends corporate account for $20/month.
It seems OK, lots of treadmills, elipticals, bikes, a few stair machines.
Many weight machines and a large amount of free weights.
The one lonely squat rack seems to be a popular place for people doing everything except squatting.
I got an initial consultation from a trainer.
Some good advice, some I didn't really agree with.
