squats 27x5x2 39,5x5x2 new PB 8)
barbell bent over row 27x5x4 32x5x2 rather easy
pullups: 3+2+2
stretching

during the deadlifting jehovas witnesses rang at my door, I wonder what they thought about my heavy breathing :lol: :lol: :lol:
took me over 2 minutes to ditch them :roll:
