It looks like a diet log to me...not a training log unless of course your diet is your training which is my kind of training...however if thats it you better add a few thousand calories to that

okay I sorta lost track of that post, forgot I had even made it to be honest!

 

 

Here is an update.

 

Excercise:

 

As of late I have been working on mainly cardio with a little bit of weight training if I have extra energy left.

 

 

I have been using mostly the elliptical cross trainer and occasionally mixing it up with the bike. My goal has been to burn 500 calories a day. So far ive made it every single day. I am going to continue to do this monday thru friday and take two days off. I started this program on friday, so its been 5 days worth and so far I feel great. I hurt myself on my bike so I have missed jiu jitsu but, I will be doing that 2 days a week as well.

 

I would like to lose 6-8 pounds a month.

Right now i weigh 265

My ideal target weight is 205-215

 

 

 

Diet:

 

I havent been too strict on myself as far as diet goes.

I cut back on calories by replacing break fest with

Vega Meal Replacer in Rice Milk plus creatine.

I am drinking a minimum of 80oz's of water per day.

 

As of right now im eating 3-4 meals a day but I am

going to try and change it to 6. However I find it difficult to fit

into my schedule.

Any other suggestions appreciated.
