Alright... I ditched the current HST routine because I don't think I'm getting the best workout/results so I'm going to wing it for a while and experiment.
Good workout none the less.
Chins: 36lbs, 10 reps
Dips: 90lbs, 10 reps
Leg Raise: 10lbs, 10 reps
Squats, Bodyweight, 300
wasn't happy with what I did and experimented with adding more....
Shoulder press: 80lbs, 12 reps
Bicep Curls: 80lbs, 8 reps
Tri-extension:80lbs, 10 reps
Felt like a beast afterwards.....may add shrugs or upright rows to it!
