Barbell curls

 

Choose one:

Incline bench

Decline bench

 

Hammer curls

 

Push-ups

 

Choose one:

Dumbbell curls

Concentration curls

 

 

 

Workout B: Back & Triceps

 

Choose one:

Pull-ups

Chin-ups

 

Kickbacks

 

Choose one:

Deadlifts

Stiff-legged deadlifts

 

Dips

 

T-bar rows

 

Extensions

 

 

 

Workout C: Shoulders & Legs

 

Shoulder press

 

Seated military press

 

Lateral raises

 

Squats

 

Lying down leg curls

 

Leg extensions

Cool man. Best of luck with your growth efforts. I'm doing the same. I'm eating a lot and training hard and training heavy!

 

Lots of compound movements and a lot of food will really help get you there.
