Well lets see. Today, I had an apple and a bowl of captain crunch(yeah i know bad jimi) and its 4:03pm. Sometimes I just get disgusted with myself. I would like to b bigger but not fatter and I know the only way to get bigger is to add a little bit of fat first... argggg!!!! Do you feel like that sometimes pamela? Just wake up look at yourself in the mirror and just think "why?". Of course you dont!!!! Youve made too many improvements.

Well, I do sometimes wish that I was built on just a bit of a bigger frame. That sort of thing.

But I don't know why you'd ask yourself that... you've got one of the best bodies on here, IMO. :D

If I could eat like you and look like you, shit, I would save alot of money on food. Not that I spend a fortune, but I shrink like a deflated balloon if I don't keep the calories and protein annoyingly high. I still don't get how you do it, but props, you look great.

I think its all mental. most people depend on food too much. When I went to disney world in march I didnt eat or drink anything for 46hours. I proved to myself and others that I didnt even need water for that long of a time. All mental my friend.

Maybe you survived without it, but dehydration is not healthy.

I am so relieved to see that you don't eat practically nothing EVERY DAY. :D I am totally perplexed by the fact you can sustain yourself with so little food. I mean, it's obviously working for you, and I see your point about the mental factor.

I guess the thing I wonder about most is whether you make gains eating like this, or simply SUSTAIN your existing muscle mass like this? I have not seen your pics, but the comments others have made lead me to believe you have a nice physique :D
