Anyone that has the goal of reaching the weight of 200 lbs. (90.7 kg) should post their progress weight here. When you make your post, just post your dry weight, no explanations, no excuses, no nothing, just the weight. Good luck... and may the hardest training mind and most efficient digestive system win!

If there's anything to win I can be 200lbs by the end of the day. I'm 190 now but all it takes is a few of my mom's pies and some rice and I'm good to go.
