With empty intestines and a dehydrated body I am like 184. If we are playing the full stomach game put me up around 190. :wink:

i have stepped on at 196.5 at the end of the day... but have been consistently 192.5 dry every morning...

Note......it was Zack who drinks the gallon or two..........I have the bladder of a 5 year old, so I have a hard time drinking a lot of fluid, though I do try, especially on heavy lifting days.

Speaking of that....I should hit up the gym soon!
