Good work guys.....I'm currently in the 180's but I'm still getting compliments on my physique so it is improving.....had some good pics in Florida but still have a long road ahead.

Well done boys and I'll catch up again soon. I'm home for 4 weeks after this next trip this weekend so watch out! If I'm home and can eat, sleep, train properly....watch out!

I'm trying and I don't say that as an excuse. I'm really working hard these days. It is a challenge for me to put on weight and I openly talk about that when I give talks and about how hard I have to work to see results.

I've seen your pics dude. You look great! I've seen Troy's pics and he is Huge! I've seen my pics and I look pretty ripped. We're all doing well and it takes time and we'll all get there as we adapt, improve, progress and succeed.

It's been three days off creatine and I'm holding at 192, so that's good.

Seems like I can only gain weight (not water weight) on creatine...lol

I have forsaken team 200 for some cutting. I bulked a bit too quickly and ended up with too much fat. I am going to start again in a few months and try to make the weight gain more gradual.

Yeah, I've got it too....183, but I've been traveling like crazy and haven't been home for a weekend in 5 weeks! ahhhh!

But I'm home now and plan on eating and training more and more!

Life on the road.....gotta stay focused while away! Back in action....

May and June are my worst months... I'm so busy and active, I eat less and I am more active... metabolism spikes during this time... I don't like it. More time to focus next month...

damn troy, you are shedding my brother. Are you comfy with where you bw is at? I am currently hovering around 184lbs. I want to keep cutting. I was steady above 200 for several months and back and forth but I wanted to shed bf and prep for a show so here i am. Come off season though, i think i may try and jump above 200 and get with the club for a bit, lift heavy a#$ weights and request a cool shirt to scream out yeah buddy with when i wrap up with my inzers and stomp my feet all over the gym.

Road to recovery started this week. Diet is straightened out now... back to packing on weight.
