222.2 lbs after work.

224.6 lbs after shower and pigging out at Sweet Tomatoes all you can eat soup and salad joint.

Cooking down some tomatoes, seeds and skins included (good for you from one end to the other end). A touch of molasses, to take the bite out.

Oatmeal, chia seeds, rice milk, sugar.
Rice milk with a scoop of protein powder.

Daytime
10 oz. fresh fruit mix grocery store, peeled orange, should have drank more water.
550 cal. cookies.

225.2 lbs at 5:28 pm before dinner.

Evening:
Overpowering lemon/lime, kiwi, pear, banana, banana-orange-pineapple juice, not enough agave syrup, blender thingy.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal. chia seeds, rice milk, soy butter, sugar, cinnamon.
Rice milk and a scoop of protein powder.

Day:
Eggplant bean curd over rice.

225.8 lbs at 6:30 pm before food.
Later:
Large whole mango (peeled).
10 whole strawberries
Blended rice milk, banana, frozen blueberries, unsweetened carob and cocoa powders. sugar.
One cookie.

Turnips with nutritional yeast. A lot more than you see in the picture. They were coated and mouthwatering.

Daiya Vegan Cheese, Baby Spinach, Broccoli, Red Onions, Tomatoes, and Fresh Basil (No Tomato Sauce),
ginger ale, cookies.
Bagel with Daiya, 2 granola bars.
