The Power Pushup arrived yesterday. I've been using it today. I really like it, the resistance increases the higher you are in your rep, so it feels a lot different than a normal pushup. It goes under your thumb, there may be a way to use it over your knuckles, but if there is a way, I haven't figured out how. The only drawback is that sometimes it is hard to hold on to - it slipped off my left hand today and gave me a big welt near my lowest left rib. That may be just because I'm new to using it, so hopefully I won't slip again.
