ya i know -- you all gve me the whole "your nuts" feedback on another thread. But i was so excited that I am done with my back for another week that this time i felt like starting a new post for it.

Back is also my favorite!

If it were in any way beneficial, I'd train back everyday :)

Chest and arms are also fun and legs are sometimes my very favorite....I guess that leaves abs and shoulders as not quite as fun for me, but I still like them.

Back attack! Come get some! That's what I say about back.

I dislike shoulders....Back is cool though because I can do the whole stacks :) It's a big adrenaline rush :)
