Check this out! :lol: I'm already bigger than the calculations but that's because my wife made me a vegan chocolate cake! :wink:

Upper arms 16.6

Neck size 16.4

LEAN BODY WEIGHT OF 191.6 lbs?! All of that weight is muscle? Crazy! Wow how much fat?

I've really no idea how it's all worked out but I don't think it's that accurate! a lot of people are already bigger than these calculations. :wink:

I'm not sure if I did my ankle/wrist measurements right. How tight are you supposed to pull the measuring tape? And are you supposed flex your muscles or keep them relaxed while you measure? For what I did, these are the results I got:

Predicted Maximum Stats at 8% Bodyfat
Lean body weight: 197.6
Chest Size (inches): 47.4
Upper Arms Size (inches): 16.9
Forearms Size (inches): 13.6
Neck Size (inches): 16.74
Thighs Size (inches): 24.5
Calfs Size (inches): 16.6

at 8% body fat:
lean body weight - 245
Chest size - 54.1
Upper arm size - 19.1
Forearms size - 15.3
Neck size - 18.85
Thighs size - 28.4
Calf size - 19.2

obviously the figures are pretty high cos im tall. but i also have quite a large frame. i would be hoooooogggggeeeee if i was 245lb and 8% bf!
