Thanks SS, coming off cooked food is such an emotional experience for me, it's like giving up a life long addiction!!!! :( but things are getting better! 8)

Hey man!!! I've been like a junkie!!!!! I still ain't all I can be yet but I'm getting better! I had to lay off training for the last 4 days coz my attitude sucked!! but I'm back!!!! :twisted:
