If any ones gonna go raw please wean yourself off of cooked food gradually then the detox won't be as bad! if you can handle the detox then cold turkey is at your own risk! getting off cooked food is just like getting off drugs DO NOT TAKE IT LIGHTLY!!!

I get fruits anyway I can get them! sometimes shops sell or give away fruits cheap because people won't buy ripe fruits! if you can just eat when your hungry then it won't be as costly!

in an average day it really depends on the season and what my body needs at the time! but I always strive to eat when hungry!

Ok! 1st of Dec I go raw, I'm also changing my routine so I can continue to workout 3x a week on my own! I'm sticking to HST and my program looks like this!

Dips
Chin-ups
Dead lifts

Working out is going to be real important and it's going to be vital that I be consistant no matter what.

All the best Big on your journey with fruits. I admire you for that. I've only known one other fruitarian. Well, actually it was one of my friend's friends so I didn't know them, just knew of them. He had tons of energy and felt great.

Fruit is my absolute favorite thing to eat and I think it's the best food source, even better than green vegetables. Fruit is fantastic!

Keep us updated on how things go.

It would be interested to see a nutrition log because I know lots of people would be curious to know what you eat throughout the day.

Thanks Rob, I'm currently winding down I'm drinking more water than solids, it should be easy because my bodies been calling for this for sometime! I really do feel much better on fruits but I've learned that you have to be aware of all the pro's and con's to really survive well on it! When I go fruitarian I go 100% to me there's no other way, if anyone is interested they can go to my journal for info  Thanks for your best wishes guys!!!!!!!!!!!! 8) Oh, Rob thanks again for your help!!!

If all a person eats is fruit, where does the healthy fat and protein come from?

There's protien in all fruits and veggies, it's just not in as as concentrated amounts as cooked food! as for fats, your body will tell you when it needs fats, I'll usually get a craving for a fatty fruit such as an avocado

Remember when approaching Fruitarianism be prepared to throw everything you think you know out of the window!

Hi Roid. I don't know him personaly but I bought his book years ago expecting big things but I really felt let down because he basically wrote about force feeding yourself on avocado's and bananas late at night to gain wieght also I didn't like the look of his body, he looked really smooth and fatty, years ago he was the only known raw bodybuilder. I really don't believe in manipulating your body to get big it doesn't feel good to me so I lost interest in his work! !

Hey man! Great picture!!!!!!!!!!!!
