chesty leroux
When I was taking a movement for actors class she stressed how important it was for us not to do movement if we were sick at all. I can't remember her exact reasoning. I just remember Exercise + sick = bad

Daywalker
Depends on how sick you are. If it's just a light cold, you can do very light weights or light cardio (you pussy ).If you're very ill, have high fever or feel like crap, don't work out, especially not hard. Kathryn
I'd say if it's been hanging on for 3 1/2 weeks, your immune system doesn't need any more stress, so take it easy. Go for a walk, if you must (ok, don't consider it cardio!), but no heavy work. Yoga? Or is that too wimpy for you?
Gorilla
Yoga works miracles! Echinacea too!!
theomen
hmm, if it's been there for 3.5 weeks it may be time to see a Doc (I know, I hate them too). But as for what I do, I would work out but that's because I have several complexes that would leave me a shell of a man if I missed a workout. Hell, I'm planing to workout right after having wisdom teeth surgery on Friday.
