with chins i can only really do bodyweight plus 11lb for 5reps :oops: i do weigh 240lbs now though!

dips i am starting to fare a little better with. i have only thus far done two sessions with my new dipping belt and worked up to 5/5/4 with 55lb attached on the second session. this was after benching so i think fresh i could do 5reps with 70-80lbs at least :D
