Rice Protein

According to my knowledge, rice is deficient in the following amino acids:

1. lysine
2. isoluecine
3. threonine

*In (MLO) rice protein, are there still low amounts of these amino acids?

I do not exactly know how much of the aminos you mentioned above a person needs but here you can see that rice contains these three aminos.
Maybe someone else knows how much of each amino is necessary?

I always thought that pea protein complements rice protein, so I like to have a product that contains both.

hey mate, not sure about those specific amino acids, but rice protein IS a complete protein. that is it contains ALL of the essential amino acids. i use it and have not noticed my strength decrease. In face, i have significantly increased my strength since i made it my only protein shake (although switching to westside training helped too).
