Hey let's try to have 10 000 by the end of the day. I'll try to do some eventhough I'm really sick today but I'm planning to go to the gym anyway.

I'm not going to the gym today. I was sick all week and still am but I went to the gym anyway. Today I'm supposed to train chest so I'll just rest at home and do some push-ups instead. 30 now.
