I dont have any. How heavy is that barbell you are curling? Looks like A LOT!

The Dumbbell is 50lbs for the one arm curls, for the barbell, I'm not sure. It wasn't too heavy.......I'm not nearly as strong as you, especially on biceps! Then again.........I'm not sure I know anyone as strong as you for Biceps!!!

I train with a lot of intensity, so I make whatever weight I use tough. I pump it and make it burn. Gotta love it.

I would love to see your training photos, especially benching over 400!
