I just recently started incorporating isometrics into my workouts and I am noticing HUGE results. I suggest others look into isometrics, theyre rad! :D

The main thing for isometrics is that it strengthens that area of the range. It doesnt strengthen the entire portion of the exercise. For example if you were to be lacking in a certain part of the bench press, you would incorporate isometrics to strengthen that area.
