Awesome job Big!

 

Some of those gloomy days outside are great days to be inside training!

 

I hope to get back to squats soon. I have a history of back problems from sports injuries dating back 10 years so I'm very careful.

 

Well done, I always like reading about PBs or PRs (personal bests or personal records).

Are you walking on your hands all day?

 

 

I know some people like this. Their upper body is super strong and their legs not quite as strong.

 

I've never been known for being really strong (just known for big forearms and lots of veins)

 

My best lifts for squats were 345 for 3 reps and bench 265 for 3 reps so I think that is pretty balanced. But I'd LOVE that 300 lb bench that Big has!
