Oh hell, i've been feeling too weak for this, but what the hell.

bw 197 (and rising)

squat 235
dead 250
bench 145

that said, I don't do 1 rep max's, so I've done sets of each. I should take a day and do that.

sorry for the extra work, but i did for real 1rm checks today...

squat @ 265
Dead @ 275
bench @ 165

705 total by math.
