tofu and bodybuilding

I am competing in a bodybuilding show in about 7 weeks. I eat about two blocks of mori-nu light firm tofu a day. (120cals; 4 carbs; 2g fat per block) I need to cut fat right now. Since this is the first BB show I am doing vegan I would like to get some feedback on tofu and cutting bodyfat. Does anyone find that tofu inhibits cutting bodyfat? Any feedback would be appreciated. :D

An energy surplus, not tofu, inhibits cutting bodyfat. An energy deficit, achieved with or without tofu, will result in bodyfat loss.

Tofu is a staple of mine. I don't cut it until very near the end.
