I am competing in a bodybuilding show in about 7 weeks. I eat about two blocks of mori-nu light firm tofu a day. (120cals; 4 carbs; 2g fat per block) I need to cut fat right now. Since this is the first BB show I am doing vegan I would like to get some feedback on tofu and cutting bodyfat. Does anyone find that tofu inhibits cutting bodyfat? Any feedback would be appreciated.

An energy surplus, not tofu, inhibits cutting bodyfat. An energy deficit, achieved with or without tofu, will result in bodyfat loss.
