Paige Posted May 25, 2010 Share Posted May 25, 2010 I am competing in a bodybuilding show in about 7 weeks. I eat about two blocks of mori-nu light firm tofu a day. (120cals; 4 carbs; 2g fat per block) I need to cut fat right now. Since this is the first BB show I am doing vegan I would like to get some feedback on tofu and cutting bodyfat.
