exercise injury

I was working out today, maybe rushed and pushed myself to hard, but i think i pulled a muscle or slightly tore something. Its a small injury nothing to see a doctor about.

 

Does anyone know how to help heal it faster? Or if i should continue to stretch and exercise or even pilates. I don't want to make it worse.

Sorry you got injured. If it is a pull or tear, stretching would only make it worse, I would think. I would rest, and alternate with heat and ice therapy on the injured area.

 

What did you injure? Arm, leg, back?

 

Take a little time off, no problem with that. It is necessary when you are injured to take a step back, evaluate risks, and come to the conclusion that resting and recovering are going to be the actions that need to be taken.
