best arm/ab/leg workouts while trying to gain?

any pointers or ideas?

27/f looking to gain a little muscle mass & lift weights :)

Squats are the mother of mass and strength gains. Form is more important than weight.
Preacher curls are a quick and effective way to build mass for your bis.

i shouldve said something to take care of the awful "teacher flab" lol, the underarm area.
