I've just started this way of training legs, and there's nothing left of me but a puddle on the floor at the end of the day.
Early A.M.: HIIT cardio
Late A.M. or early P.M. (depends on schedule): Leg and ab circuit, 3 cycles of 15 exercises/calf workout
Late P.M.: Abductor/adductor/glute exercises with resistance band and ankle weights
