I am 5'7" and 119lbs, I run and swim, but would like to have more definition in my thighs, any suggestion for excercise?

The usual two things that you'll hear will be:

1. Increase muscle size by doing more direct compound leg work such as squats, and

2. Work on diet to lose more fat, as definition is typically shown more by decreasing bodyfat levels overall (since spot reduction on one area is impossible, approach it as general overall fat loss).

Not much more than that - there's no "secret exercise" that gives more definition in one area if bodyfat levels stay consistent, so it's usually a combiation of working the problem areas via effective movements while working to decrease general bodyfat percentages that will do the trick!

Thanks! I will definitely start the squats and I started weeding out the 'junk' foods in my diet. The running I've been doing has been helping also and I have noticed somewhat mre definition but, I think the squats will give better results. :D
