Has anyone tried the MET training system? Its supposed to be quite good. I've just started this routine and feeling knackered. (but I love that sort of fatigue).

Maybe i know it under a different name (or German translation), but MET means nothing to me.
Would you please describe the system and it's principles?

MET as in the multiple of your resting state?
