Hi there! I just decided to go raw and get serious with my workout. I want to get better stamina and strength! I will focus mostly on strength as stamina comes automatically with that I suppose.
Anyhow: I know recovery after workout is very important and I do want to get that protein in smoothie I drink within 30min after training. Now, I don't know what exactly/how much to put into that smoothie. I do know it's nothing exact and it differs from person to person, but what would your guess be, if I haven't been working out before? I will also upload a picture of me that may help.
