Switching from a 4day split to a 5day split!

I finally decided i am going to do a 5-day instead of my current 4 day.

Here is my 5 day split:

Monday-Back
Tuesday-Chest/abs
Wednesday-Legs
Thursday-Rest (abs on rest day)
Friday-Shoulders
Saturday-Arms/Abs
Sunday-Rest/cardio (20min low intensity)
