Hi everyone,
New member here, and I was wondering if anybody knew of good resources for teens looking to begin strength training. I searched the forums, but didn't find anything specific to teens. I've got a 13 year old boy who is interested in starting to work with weights. We all adhere to a vegan lifestyle and I've found some good books for youth strength training, however, all of them handle the dietary component from an omnivore's perspective. I'd like to provide strength training tips, without giving him false information about the need for meat, dairy, etc.
If anybody has any tips or advice, or knows of books or websites, I'd really appreciate it.
