I was checking out some natural bodybuilding sites and one highly recommends the Critical Bench program. It seems to include quite a few books and gets into supposedly a great benching routine and also talks about overtraining and ways to avoid. They also say they mention that one can drastically increase their bench even with thay have shoulder pain or problems? This I want to see/read.
Anyone heard of this? Thoughts?
