hi all, first thing i'm not a vegan (i'm vegetarian), so i hope you'll forgive me
this is a program i just started last week, basically i just want to see if any of you have any tips regarding this program (how to imporve it/how long i should stick to it etc.) (done 4 times a week)
A) (chest/back/arms)
bench press 3x6-8
weighted pull ups 3x10
dumbbell press 3x8-12
one arm bent over dumbbell row 3x8-12
skullcrushers 3x8-12
curls 3x10
B) (legs/shoulders/core)
squat 3x8
leg press 3x10-15
hamstring curl 3x8-12
military press 3x6-8
lateral raises 3x8-12
weighted hyperextensions 3x10
abdominal work.
(i gave up deadlifting for a couple of months, just feels like the right thing to do)
