adam v Posted October 21, 2011 Share Posted October 21, 2011 hi all, first thing i'm not a vegan (i'm vegetarian), so i hope you'll forgive me this is a program i just started last week, basically i just want to see if any of you have any tips regarding this program (how to imporve it/how long i should stick to it etc.) (done 4 times a week) A) (chest/back/arms)bench press 3x6-8weighted pull ups 3x10 dumbbell press 3x8-12one arm bent over dumbbell row 3x8-12skullcrushers 3x8-12curls 3x10 B) (legs/shoulders/core)squat 3x8leg press 3x10-15hamstring curl 3x8-12military press 3x6-8lateral raises 3x8-12weighted hyperextensions 3x10abdominal work.
