Making circuits even more painful!

As if weight-training circuits are not tough enough, try adding a weighted vest. Then decrease the rest time between cycles. This is a whole new realm of pain :twisted: ; but you'll be proud you did it. Carb up first, and be sure to replace your electrolytes after.
