So, I am 5'6" 116lbs and around 17% body fat. I am not really "out of shape", but nowhere near where I would like to be. What are the most effective ab eorkouts with only body weight and dumbells, seeing as I do not have anythin else. All suggestions are appreciated! If possible, post picture of the results you hve gotten. (not required)
