Calories, preferrably in the form of liquids. Protein shake, or maybe some oatmeal. Sometimes I will throw a cup of oatmeal and soy milk in a blender and leave it at that. Even just a good meal is fine.
What do I do when not bodybuilding or working? Spend time with family, play guitar, write music, snowboard, roast coffee, travel, read, fight for those who are less fortunate than myself.
