Seriously though, and literally I am being serious now. Many of the same needs the body uses for sex are also used in muscle building. So, you might want to cut back on the masturbating. If you're married "which is doubtful because she would be rubbed raw by now) then save it for your woman. If not then limit yourself to less than five a day. Normally I would say less, or not at all, but for you, less than five seems like a stretch.
Make sure not to rub your crotch against anything, or accidentally bump a lab table (they are at the right height). Don't stare at sexy ladies unless you intent to ask them out. Never look at pornography (I think that's a good rule for anyone). Make a rule that you won't masturbate at work. Focus on your work, not on hot women.
As a side note I read an article a few years ago about the relationship between muscle building and sex. Research showed that men who had sex at least a few times a week had higher levels of testosterone. What was interesting though was that men who masturbated several times a week didn't get the same results. I've long lost the article, but that's what I remember of it.
