Can you list what you do/don't eat for me....

I eat dairy sol I have a wider range of options. I can put up some budget protein sources for you

Overtraining can cause an increase in hormones such as epinephrine and norepinephrine that tend to inhibit appetite. You however sound fine

DO:
Lots of whole grains
Lots of veggies, potatoes, etc.
Lots of fruit
Lots of legumes
Nuts
Soy and dairy yogurt
Some eggs
Soy milk

Don't:
Meat
Fish
Most junk food
What do I do when not bodybuilding or working? Spend time with family, play guitar, write music, snowboard, roast coffee, travel, read, fight for those who are less fortunate than myself.
