I was just curious as to what my sodium limit for the day should be if I want to keep water weight off? I didn't know, so I just stopped using salt completely, and while it seems to be working rather well, my food is pretty bland lol.

my trainer told me to have as much added salt as i want. im eating clean foods but i add my own sea salt. he said there is too much hype about salt and water weight, and that it only makes a small difference and thati only need to cut it out one day from my contest...ive dropped 20 lbs eating all the salt i want...hes a natural pro who has placed first many times..and if i couldnt add salt to my food i would have gone insane psychologically, and phsysically he said you need plenty of it anyway.

Sick! Now I can enjoy my tofu... lol. I did find though that if you make something spicy enough, it doesn't really matter much what it tastes like.

You thought wrong, I could see 4 pics, and all of them look wonderful. So, if you don't want creepy stalkers like myself clicking on your link and viewing all four of those bad boys (girls), you better take action.
