Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

I was in the gym at 11:00pm tonight - that was when I was able to fit in my workout (got done at 11, started around 9:30).

I felt really proud of myself for this. It's the first time I've ever spent my Friday night that way.

I felt proud and wanted to share, and didn't know who else would "get it" besides the folks on this site. So, thanks for listening.

You know what, I was posting the same thing last Friday Night from NYC. I was in downtown NYC with a million options of things I "could be doing" but I went to the gym on a late Friday Night as well.

That is awesome. I was in the gym at about 1am on New Years which I felt pretty sweet about. And around 4am on xmas eve! Dedication man, it feels good. Plus, what are most of the alternatives? get pissed and see a shitty band, spend money to go to something average? No way!
