Is this a polite way of asking about using steroids or do you just mean stuff like protein powder?

If you want maximum muscle in minimum time then obviously steroids will help but the long-term wisdom of such an approach is questionable. Just ask the biggest guy your gym & I'm sure he'll be able to sort you out!

There is no such thing as a "healthy supplement" that makes you muscular in a "short time". Consistency is where it's at. If you are continuing to get stronger, even if you're only adding 1 rep every other week, then you are growing.
