Justin Morgan
I don't know about all that, but I like 80/10/10 and I've been doing it for almost 8 months now. Keeping my calories around 4000 cals/day I can remove all cardio and put on muscle, or I can add in a couple day's of HIIT cardio and cut fat fairly easily. Although I haven't actually stopped getting stronger, so the cardio might just be a great benefit. I just added the cardio in a few weeks ago, but the lest two weeks I've shed a couple pounds of fat and I added 5 reps across 9 sets of flat/decline/incline bench press. I'll find out what happens with legs on Wednesday.
