Holy crap on a cracker, I saw a guy do these things in sets of ten with a twenty pound dumbbell in his grip. I get exhausted just remembering it!

They are great. You wouldn't think it but using a kettlebell compared to a dumbbell makes a big difference.

OMG I LOVE Turkish get ups!!!!!!! Did those in a boot camp class once and fell in love. Might have to do some while I have access to kettlebells today!!!

I'm sure you're right. Unfortunately, our gym clings to the philosophy "We'll buy something new when something old falls apart." I'm thinking about sneaking a hacksaw in there one day and taking care of that second redundant ancient row machine once and for all. :twisted:
