Rob and Cardio

Hey Rob,

 

I just read on the mainsite about you winning your competition. Congrats! I was curious to know: What kind of cardio you perform for fatloss?

Hey, thanks.

 

Sorry for the late reply. I don't do a whole lot of cardio. In fact, I do close to no cardio at all.

 

But when I do cardio I like to play basketball, run up hills, play soccer, or some for of athletic game. I don't like to use machines in gym, but if I do, I use a stationary bike. I used to use a stairclimber a lot and that wasn't too bad, but I really prefer to exercise outside and play sports with my friends.

 

In preparation for my last contest I didn't do any cardio until the final week before and then I went running for a few days and that was it.

 

I do a lot of jumping jacks as I warm up before training and push-ups and sit-ups before and after training too.

 

I'll try to post my pre-contest workout schedule soon.
